About the instructor: Monalisa A. Molinaro is a Certified Medical Qigong Therapist who has also served in healthcare nearing two decades in the specialty of physical medicine and rehabilitation. Qigong, she has found, is a single modality that allows a person to regain control over their physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. She hopes to help others achieve vitality, harmony, and an enhanced quality of life.
