Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2024-2394, Phoenixville Borough has established a “No Knock Registry.” The purpose of the registry is to protect the privacy of residents by allowing residents to register their home address on the Borough’s “No Knock List.” By doing so, you indicate your preference to have persons selling goods, commodities, or services not come to your home and knock on your door.
You can always call 9-1-1 to report any concerns, even if it is not an emergency. It is always best to call immediately.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the above referenced Ordinance, I request that my address be included on the “No Knock Registry.” I understand that the information submitted as part of this application, including my name, is subject to public inspection pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law. I further understand that the “No Knock Registry” containing only addresses will be given to each solicitor and/or peddler who possesses a valid solicitation permit. I understand
that the registry should not replace common and reasonable measures to prevent unwanted solicitation and peddling, such as posting “No Solicitation” signs. In addition, I understand that it is my responsibility to remove my name and home address from the registry when I move and/or when I so desire.
