BOROUGH OF PHOENIXVILLE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Borough of Phoenixville is requesting proposals (RFP) for the Phoenixville Borough Arborist Consulting Services.   Proposals must be received NO LATER than 11:00am prevailing time on Thursday, July 31, 2025.  

The Request for Proposal is available online at no cost at: http://www.phoenixville.org/Bids.aspx

Hard copy of the Request for Proposal may be obtained in the Phoenixville Municipal Building or by calling (610) 933-8801.  

Any questions regarding the RFP should be addressed to the Borough Manager at (610) 933-8801 between the normal work hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.  Last day for questions will be COB, Wednesday, July 23, 2025. 

All RFP’s must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the RFP.
