Citizens are encouraged to assist the police department by reporting all compliments or complaints on weekdays between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:30PM. Citizen complaint resolution forms are available at the police station during business hours. During weekend hours and holidays, you may also contact the 9-1-1 communications center at 610-935-2440 and request to speak to the Phoenixville Police Department on-duty supervisor.
The police department welcomes compliments. If you are impressed by an officer’s professional demeanor, prompt response to a particular incident, or simply his or her courteousness, you are encouraged to mail or email a brief note to the attention of the Chief of Police email@example.com who will ensure that the officer receives a copy of your letter.
