The project proposes to eliminate the current use as a commercial building, converting the space to six (6) residential apartments with off-site, off-street parking secured by agreement.
The project consists of the development of one lot of approximately 0.90 acres, at the site of the former Borough Hall, into a 4-story (ground floor parking deck), 68-unit apartment complex.
The project proposes to combine 5 parcels into 1 and build a three-story building with one retail/office space on the ground floor and four apartments on each of the upper floors (eight apartment units total).
