To comment during public participation, please use the "raise hand" feature, and Borough Staff will call upon you and turn on your mic.  When called upon, please state your name and if you are a Borough resident.

Please Note that there will be approximately a ten-second delay when interacting with Borough Council.

When commenting or interacting with during the webinar, please exercise civility and common sense when posting. Please remember that your comments can be viewed by many people in the community and are considered public domain. While we don’t want to limit comments or opinions of the community members, but certain types of comments will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to hide and/or report comments in the public participation chat that:

  • Are vulgar or profane
  • Contain personal attacks or accusations
  • Could be offensive or target specific ethnic, racial, or religious groups
  • Incite violence
  • Encourage others to break the law
  • Could be considered campaigning for a political office
  • Easily identify Borough employees in a defamatory, abusive or generally negative terms
  • Promote services or products
  • Are rude or devalue the opinions of others.

Phoenixville Borough Council will be holding its monthly advertised Council meeting on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM virtually using Zoom Webinar on the Borough’s website. 

We encourage residents to provide public comment by submitting comments via email to manager@phoenixville.org up to two days prior (Sunday of that week at 7pm) to the meeting to be read aloud. 

Those individuals with disabilities and ADA accommodations for effective participation in this meeting should contact manager@phoenixville.org or call 610-933-8801 at least two days in advance of the meeting.
