Mailing Real Estate Tax Bills

The Phoenixville Borough Real Estate tax bills are mailed annually in March. Property owners are responsible for all taxes on their property. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve the taxpayer from the responsibility to pay.

If you have not received your bill, please Email the Tax Collector (taxcollector@phoenixville.org)

Types of Taxes

The Borough of Phoenixville levies two types of taxes:

  • 511 taxes
  • Real estate taxes
