Mailing Real Estate Tax Bills
The Phoenixville Borough Real Estate tax bills are mailed annually in March. Property owners are responsible for all taxes on their property. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve the taxpayer from the responsibility to pay.

Types of Taxes
The Borough of Phoenixville levies two types of taxes:
- 511 taxes
- Real estate taxes
Real Estate Taxes
According to State Statute, the Borough Council is able to levy up to 30 mills without court intervention. The 2020 millage is 6.23 or $623 per $100,000 of property assessment.
Chester County and the Phoenixville Area School District also send out real estate tax bills.
