NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
The Phoenixville Borough Council, Chester County, PA will hold a Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 6:45 pm at Borough Hall, 351 Bridge Street, Third Floor, Phoenixville, PA to consider approval of the outside water asset purchase agreement and any other such business as it may so choose.

A comprehensive parking study is being completed within the heart of Phoenixville Borough. We are seeking your input regarding possible parking improvements. Meet and speak with members of the study team and provide your feedback on the state of parking within the Borough.
The planning team will be available to take comment from residents, business owners, and persons interested in the continued development of Phoenixville Borough. Stop in, take a look at the study, and give us your thoughts.
The study is being developed by McMahon Associates in partnership with the Borough of Phoenixville. Funding for the study is provided by a Transportation & Community Development Initiative (TCDI) grant through the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC).

An Ordinance Of The Phoenixville Borough Council, Chester County, Pennsylvania Amending Chapter 15, “Motor Vehicles And Traffic”, Part 2, “Traffic Regulations”, Section 15-224, “Loading And Unloading Zones” And Part 4, “General Parking Regulations”, Section 15-403, “Parking Prohibited In Certain Locations Certain Days And Hours”; Section 15-406 “Handicapped Parking Zones”; And Section 15-407 “Special Purpose Parking Zones Established; Parking Otherwise Prohibited” Of The Code Of Ordinances Of The Borough Of Phoenixville

The proposed ordinance amendment may be examined at Phoenixville Borough Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Copies are also on file at the Chester County Law Library, 201 West Market Street, Suite 2400, West Chester and The Mercury at 24 North Hanover Street, Pottstown, PA.
