Parking Study

In 2004 a Parking study of the Borough of Phoenixville was performed.
Phoenixville Borough has a diverse mix of uses and parking demands; its vitality
depends upon providing basic services and utilities to it residents and vistors.
This Study is just the beginning of an ongoing process of continuous monitoring
for change in parking demand.
