Flag Football For Adults
Ages 18+ (Men and Women)

Director: Philadelphia Flag Football
No Experience Necessary

League is a competitive and recreational version of
a popular American game. Each player must wear
flag belt for deflagging. Teams will be organized and play according to national rules and regulations. League will include regular season league games and playoffs.
The league will provide the referees, flags,
field and football.

Non Residents $6.00
Bring your own shuttles and racquet.

Tai Chi Class
Come learn Tai Chi in a “pay-as-you-go” one hour class
($5 per person per class).

New sessions start every 10 weeks.
The cost is "pay-as-you-go" $5 per one hour class.
New students will be accepted through the 3rd class.
Then class will be closed to allow students
the opportunity to improve in their practice.
