Requirements to obtain a Resident Zone A Parking Permit
Valid Driver's License
Proof of Residency
Vehicle Identification Number
Current Vehicle Registration

Tickets must be paid within 7 days
from the date of violation to avoid a citation. If payment is not recieved a citation will be issued. When a citation is issued the cost of the ticket as well as additional court costs is due to District Court. Upon receipt of the citation District Court will issue a summons to appear.

There are four options for paying a parking ticket

Ticket can be paid in person at the Borough Hall
at 140 Church Street
Phoenixville, Pa 19460.
Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit/Debit Cards are all accepted methods of payment.
