Phoenixville Borough Real Estate Tax

The 2010 Phoenixville Borough Real Estate tax bills have been mailed.
Property owners are responsible for all taxes on their property.

Failure to receive a bill does not relieve the taxpayer from the
responsibility to pay.

Call the Tax Collector, Jennifer Killeen, at 610-935-8852
if you have not received your bill.

The Borough of Phoenixville levies two types of taxes.
Real Estate Taxes and 511 Taxes.

REAL ESTATE TAXES

According to State Statute the Borough Council is able to levy up to
30 mills without court intervention. The current millage is 4.01.
This works out to be $401.00 per $100,000 of property assessment.

Borough Property Tax bills are usually mailed
out at the end of March or beginning of April.
