NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that The Borough of Phoenixville will accept bids for Compost Site Fencing located at 18 S. Second Avenue, Parcel #1514 0403000E. The project consists of delivery and installation of approximately 700 feet of Chain Link Fence & gates. The fence will be 8’ high and 9 gauge wire fabric and 2” Galvanized wire mesh. The top rail of the fence is to be 1 5/8” galvanized with intermediate line posts at 2 ½” galvanized spaced approximately 10’ on center. End corner posts are 3” galvanized and gate posts are 4” galvanized. All of the upright posts are cemented in ground and the gate installed will
be 8’ high and 24’ wide double swing opening.
NOTE: Contractor will give Owner two weeks notice prior to delivery of the product. The Installation and assembly is to be completed upon delivery. Sealed bids must be received by December 27, 2011 at The Borough

of this meeting is re-organization, to swear-in newly elected officials, and to elect
a council president and vice-president; in addition, the council may elect such other officers as may be provided for by law or ordinance, or as may be deemed necessary
for the conduct of affairs of the borough.

On Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. prevailing time, at Phoenixville Borough Hall,
140 Church Street, Phoenixville PA 19460, the Phoenixville Borough Council will conduct
a public hearing to consider, and immediately thereafter during its regular meeting,
take action on an Ordinance to amend the Code of the Borough of Phoenixville as
amended:
Chapter 15, “Motor Vehicles and Traffic,” Part 2, “Traffic Regulations,” Section 15-224,
by amending “Loading and Unloading Zones”, Part 4, “General Parking Regulations,”
Section 15-402, by amending “Parking Prohibited at All Times in Certain Locations,”
and Section 15-406, by changing the number of “Handicapped Parking Zones,” in
the Borough of Phoenixville, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
A complete copy of the proposed ordinance amendment is posted on the Borough’s
website at www.phoenixville.org. The proposed ordinance amendment may be
examined at Phoenixville Borough Hall, 140 Church Street, Phoenixville, Monday through Friday,
8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Copies are also on file at the Chester County Law Library,
