Businesses Emergency Contact
In order to provide your business with the best possible service, the Phoenixville Police Department, in conjunction with the Chester County Department of Emergency Services, requests information from you with regard to emergency contacts. Please keep in mind that the information you supply will be used in case of an emergency.
It is very important that the emergency contact be able to respond to your location in a timely manner. This information will be kept on file at both the Phoenixville Police Department and the Chester County Department of Emergency Services for the purpose of Police and/or Fire Department contact.

Handicap Placard Application
You can download the form or pick one up at the Police Department located in the lower level of the Borough Hall building at 140 Church Street.
Once the form is completed by you and then your physician, you may bring the form back to be notarized FREE OF CHARGE IF YOU ARE A BOROUGH RESIDENT. You must reside within the Borough.
You will then mail the form to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Please be aware that PennDOT processes these forms and we have no way to track the progress of your application.

Notary Services
Currently there are three notaries available to residents of the borough. Ms. Danielle Garges in the Police Department is a Notary Public. Also Steve Nease and Brenda Pearsall are Notaries and are located upstairs in Borough Hall. The office is open from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm for notary services. Handicap Placard Applications and Borough Business ONLY will be notarized for free.

Bicycle Registrations
Borough residents may register their bicycles with the Police Department. There is a $2.00 processing fee for this registration.
You will receive a sticker for your bike and the Police Department will maintain your information at the station.
If your bike is lost or stolen, there is a better chance of finding the owner if we know who to contact.
