If you are a victim of a crime, you need to make a police report and in some cases your insurance company will require a police report. Perhaps, you are concerned about a suspicious incident or hazardous condition that you wish to bring to the attention of the Phoenixville Police.
There are several ways that you can make an official police report:
- In an emergency or hazardous situation, call 9-1-1. A police officer will be dispatched to the location you specify.
- For non-emergencies, call 610-935-2440. A police officer will be dispatched to the location you specify or you can request a return call.
- You may make a report in person by coming into the police station Monday through Friday between 8:00AM – 4:30PM. We are located at 351 Bridge Street.
- On weekends and after business hours, you may use the phone outside the police station to reach the 9-1-1 communications center.
