UPDATE:

In the interest of public health, the Borough of Phoenixville has implemented measures to mitigate the exposure to COVID-19. Borough Hall and the Civic Center are closed to public access until further notice.

All Recreation Department programs and activities are cancelled or suspended until further notice which includes the daycare operations.  
The Easter Egg Hunt scheduled for April 4 will be cancelled.

You may place payments or completed Codes permit applications in the dropbox located outside Borough Hall by the flagpole, or online at www.phoenixville.org via the XPressBillPay portal.

Payments over the phone will be accepted during normal business hours:
