Details about the study:

Walk Phoenixville is a Borough-wide Pedestrian Accessibility Transportation Plan that will evaluate and provide pedestrian improvement recommendations in the public right-of-way in order to:

1. enhance the transportation network to improve access for pedestrians of all capabilities
2. encourage non-vehicular travel to reduce traffic congestion, promote healthy lifestyles, and support economic development
3. build on recent and ongoing planning efforts and studies by others

The Plan will provide guidance to Phoenixville Borough in prioritizing projects and identify a clear course of action for key recommended projects.
