[ARCHIVED] Borough-Wide Water Meter Maintenance

All residents will receive the following letter notifying them of the maintenance work that needs to be completed:

VEPO Metering has been contracted by the Borough of Phoenixville to perform routine maintenance on the water meter reading infrastructure in the community. You will not need to be home for this work to be performed – your water meter remote is most likely located on the exterior of your home.  If the technician is unsuccessful in performing the work, they will leave a notification on your door to contact them to schedule an appointment.  The technician will not require access to the inside of your home, although they may ring your doorbell or knock on your door to inform you of their presence.  All VEPO technicians will be in uniform with a photo ID with identifiable vehicle signs.

Lastly, for the safety of our residents and the VEPO Metering technicians, we ask that you limit the interactions between you and the VEPO Metering technicians as much as possible, always making sure to maintain a six-foot social distance.  The technician will be wearing a face covering and gloves anytime interaction with the resident is possible.

If you have any questions about this program, please don’t hesitate to contact VEPO Metering at 877-860-8376 or by email at info@vepometering.com.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience.
