For the 2023 Primary (May 16, 2023) and General (November 7, 2023) Elections, Chester County has not changed the Borough’s Ward and Precinct maps. Whatever Ward and Precinct you voted in 2022 will be the same in 2023.  Maps can be viewed here: http://www.phoenixville.org/299/Voting
