Circuit Class

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit.

A circuit is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time.

This 45-minute class is accessible to most experience levels and modifications can be made. You will need a mat, water, and a great attitude!

$40 for the session

$15 drop in fee
