The Phoenixville Borough Real Estate tax bills are mailed annually in March. Property owners are responsible for all taxes on their property. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve the taxpayer from the responsibility to pay.
If you have not received your bill, please Email the Tax Collector (firstname.lastname@example.org)
The Borough of Phoenixville levies two types of taxes:
According to State Statute, the Borough Council is able to levy up to 30 mills without court intervention. The 2020 millage is 6.23 or $623 per $100,000 of property assessment.
Chester County and the Phoenixville Area School District also send out real estate tax bills.
